THE 2010 REGIS CLASSIC TOUR
19th – 21st March 2010

The ladies of Bognor Regis Motor Club Ltd - with support from their men folk – will be running their annual Regis Classic Tour over the weekend of 19th – 21st March 2010. The Tour is a social event for 65 cars, of classic history, with interesting stops en route – plus a chance to visit places of motoring interest.

Our aim, as always, is to raise lots of money for charity, but have a great time doing it! We will again be fundraising for Against Breast Cancer & Orchid – Fighting Male Cancer.

We hope you will support the event and help us to support two very worthwhile causes in 2010. The first twelve tours have raised well in excess of £250,000 for cancer charities. Not bad for a group of ladies out for a good time!

We plan a maximum of 65 entries. If the number of participants rises much more, we feel the tour will loose its appeal as a friendly and personal event. It also becomes increasingly difficult to find venues large enough for all of us and we want to keep everyone in one hotel for accommodation and Gala Dinner on Saturday night. As always, We will be making a few changes and alterations, hopefully for the better in 2009.

We are delighted to announce Frosts will continue as our main sponsor of the Tour for the third year. Click on www.frosts4cars.co.uk for a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles.

Why not enter the event for free? For every £125 of sponsorship raised, we allow £25 to be deducted off the entry fee. Raise enough and have a free weekend.

We are heading to East Anglia for 2010 and will be based at the Belstead Brook Hotel in Ipswich. The entry fee for a crew of two sharing a room at the all-in price of £520 includes:
• Two nights Bed & Breakfast sharing a twin/ double en-suite room. Including Friday evening welcome Buffet.
• Saturday Night Black Tie Gala Dinner, Auction & Grand Tombola with live music
• Lunch on Saturday
• Morning Coffee on Saturday and Sunday
• Afternoon tea on Saturday
• Farewell luncheon on Sunday
• Visits to places of motoring and historic interest.
• Easy to follow “Tulip” Roadbook
• One “Rally” Plate for the car & Complimentary Finisher’s Award/Gift
• Additional awards for Taskmaster Trophy, and Most Sponsorship money raised.
• Special rates are available for Thursday and Sunday nights for those wishing to extend their stay at the hotel.

If there is sufficient interest an optional additional excursion will be added on Sunday evening for those staying over.

The Lady organising team welcomes entries from anyone with a Classic Car registered before 31st December 1979. Exceptional examples of more modern classics will be accepted at the Organisers’ discretion.

Bognor Regis Motor Club Ltd has been established since the early 1950’s and prides itself on professional, well run, value-for-money events. With so much to offer for so little The Regis Classic Tour has become a popular and oversubscribed addition to the touring calendar.
